A. No. You can order only Wholesale. We do not sell retail from our website.

A. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces for every single product.
Q. What is the minimum order amount?
A. Minimum order amount must be at least $1.000.
Q. Why can't i order less than 10 pieces for each jewelry & less than total $1.000.?
A. This answer depends on the factory capacity principally, but an order can start from 10 to 15 pieces for the same design. This is the minimum acceptable. Under this quantity the price by piece will be too high.

Q. How can i specify the types of plating of products that I order online?
A. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces for every single product. But you can add the products with variation like 4 pcs rose gold, 4 pcs rhodium and 2 pcs gold plated to your cart.
Q. How can i specify the ring sizes for my rings that I order online?
A. You will see box option for ring sizes on product pages. You can type here the sizes that you want. You can order only 10-12-14-16 Sizes for our ring models. You can always check and learn international standard ring sizes.

Q. Are all your silver jewelry Nickel and Lead free?
A. Our 925 sterling silver jewellery conforms to International, European and American legislation regarding lead, nickel and heavy metal content. Our products are regularly tested to ensure compliance with these laws.
Q. What's the thickness of the plating of our jewelry?
A. We make normally electroplating for our silver jewelry. This means that gold, rose gold, or rhodium plated jewelry is covered by a microscopically thin layer (Around 0.15-0.20 Micron) of metal using a special process that combines chemistry and electricity. By dipping the jewelry in a chemical solution which contains gold, rose gold, or rhodium and applying electricity, a thin layer of the metal grows on the jewelry piece.
Q. Do you provide up to more micron thick plating?
A. Yes, thicker plating layers last longer. On customer demand we can provide from 0.5 Micron up to 3 Micron thick plating at additional cost.
Q. What determines How Long Plating Will Last?
A. The answer to this question depends on the jewelry, the type (thickness) of plating, and how it’s used.
Q. How to Take Care of Gold / Rose Gold Plated Jewelry?
A. Avoid water, sweat & cosmetics while you use your silver jewelry.
Q. What gold color do we make plating our jewelry?
A. Our gold plating color is 16k. But we can make 14k & 18k gold plated too if you want. 14K Gold Plated is light yellow gold, 16K Gold Plated is not so light yellow & not so dark yellow. 18K Gold Plated is so dark yellow. If you’re not sure about which metal to choose, you can also send a picture and the we will match the color depicted.
Q. Why does 925 sterling silver jewelry tarnish?
A. Sterling silver jewelry is 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. It's the other metals, primarily copper, that make sterling silver to tarnish. The other metals reacts to moisture and sulfur in the air, causing the sterling silver tarnish. Sterling silver jewelry tarnishes faster in areas with high humidity and air pollution.
Q. How to prevent your sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing?
A. Keep your silver jewelry clean and dry them by using cloths, cleansers, and jewelry bags, among other things. Wear your silver jewelry after you have completed your beauty regimen and take it off when you arrive back home. Do not wear your silver jewelry while cleaning, swimming and taking a shower.
Q. How do you clean silver jewelry?
A. To clean Lightly tarnished silver jewelry items, wash in warm water with phosphate free mild soap, rinse and dry thorougly with a soft cotton cloth. And please take your Heavily tarnished jewelry to a jeweler for professional help.
Custom Jewelry
Q. Do you accept custom made jewelry design?
A. Yes for only 925 sterling silver jewelry products. For silver jewelry, we handle custom design developments. First of all, you must provide your designs (as image, drawing) including all necessary sizes to us.
1st Option: To order 1 piece sample for your design;
-There is an initial overhead to be borne for design and mould charges and this will be added to the price tag of the first piece. Average cost of any design & mould charges is changing 35,00-150,00 USD.
2nd Option: To order minimum 50 pieces or more;
-If the initial order for wholesale silver jewelry is a large one (more than 50-100 pieces depends on model), this initial charge is spread over a large volume and therefore does not increase the cost per piece. So, you don't pay the cost of design and mould.

Q. Why is the first piece priced high?
A. One of the main reasons is explained in (1st Option) above and involves the initial design and mould charge.Subsequent orders for the same design will use the same mould and therefore be sold at a lower price. In many cases the buyer, would first order a single piece, then place a wholesale order after receiving the first piece. In such a case the seller would have to protect himself from a situation where the buyer buys only the first piece from him and then looks for another seller to place the final order. The seller would thus like to recover all initial overheads from the first piece itself.
Q. Why does the price fall as the volume of order increases?
A. Large orders of wholesale silver jewelry provide the economies of scale for manufacturer. After we created the design and mould, production is much easier as the design and moulds can be reused to manufacture the jewelry. We do the production of the same design multiple times thus reducing the chances of breakages and other losses. In cases where the wholesale silver jewelry also includes high-quality gemstones or cz stones, we gets a better price when bulk purchases are made. All these factors combine to enable we provide a better price to the buyer as the volume of the order increases.
Q. How long does it take to make custom silver jewelry?
A. We are very experienced in computer aided jewelry design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM). The design phase requires approximately 5-7 business days. Upon finalization of design and customer approval of CAD renderings (photo realistic images), the design goes to production and it takes approximately 15 business days to build and finish the piece.
Q. Can you put my logo or brand name on all jewelry i ordered from this website?
A. Yes, we can put your logo or your brand names on all products. Please just send us the image of logo or brand name with Email or WhatsApp before placing order.

Q. Which company do you use for shipping?
A. We use DHL and UPS for our packages. Shipping time with (FEDEX or DHL) will be around 2-3 days depending on your location.
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
A. We ship to all countries.
Q. Do prices include customs taxes and shipping?
A. No. These taxes and fees are not included in the product price.
Q. Do I have to pay import taxes or How much import tax do I have to pay for my orders?
A. All orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges. These extra fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
